Walter C. Prusacki

Walter C. Prusacki, 98, of Tamaroa, passed away at 4:15 A.M., Saturday, February 8, 2003 at the home of his granddaughter in Centralia.
Walter was a retired farmer. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tamaroa. He was a member of the Perry County Farm Bureau, whose membership number in the organization was #1, he was a former member of the Knights of Columbus.
Walter was born June 11, 1904 at Radom, IL the son of Joseph and Catherine (Luczak) Prusacki.
He married Clara Marshalek on May 2, 1927 at Du Bois, IL she preceded him in death on December 31, 1968.
He is survived by two daughters- Cecelia Hass of Nashville, IL and Tillie Radake of Cahokia, IL, eight grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, son Eugene Prusacki, grandson- Kenneth Prusacki, four brothers and five sisters.
Funeral services were at 10:00 A.M., Monday, February 17, 2003 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tamaroa with Msgr. Melvin Vandeloo officiating.
Friends called from 4 to 8 P.M. Sunday at the Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa. The Rosary was recited at 7:30 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
Interment was in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery.Funeral Friends may make memorials to the Immaculate Conception Church or Cemetery.
